What we are looking for As the Product Manager for our Network at Cobre, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing this domain, focusing on evolving this network through a robust roadmap that includes a variety of elements. This encompasses an extensive catalog of available services, detailed blueprints for connections, and a well-defined categorization of partners. Each of these components plays a crucial role in strengthening and expanding our network capabilities and reach. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Network. Your goal is to ensure that our Network is reliable, efficient, and meets the highest standards of performance and usability. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic vision, as you will be instrumental in driving the evolution of our capabilities and supporting the broader product strategy. What would you be doing Network Management and Strategy: Collaborate on the strategic direction and development for all Network integration within the product. Work closely with stakeholders to define and execute roadmaps that align with business goals and market demands. Product Development: Oversee the lifecycle of Network integration, from planning and design through implementation and release. Ensure our Network domain meets quality and performance standards. Business Requirements: Define detailed business requirements and user stories for product specifications. Technology Integration: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends for event-driven solutions. Enhance Network functionality and performance through innovative solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and support teams to align Network development with company objectives and ensure successful deployment. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to Network integration and performance. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine Network services based on identified bugs, performance data, and industry trends. Implement enhancements to drive product excellence. What do you need Product Management Experience: A proven track record of leading product teams, preferably within the payments or fintech industry. Fintech Expertise: A background in payments, high-transactional systems, or financial institutions is essential. Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with event-driven technologies like Kafka and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of SQL, FTP and API integrations is a plus. Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and make informed decisions. You will receive guidance but should thrive in taking ownership of your tasks. Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive and innovative, with the ability to address complex challenges and implement practical solutions in fast-paced environments.
