We're Hiring: Salesforce Systems Administrator (Remote, U.S. Based) Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for problem-solving and a mission-driven mindset? We’re looking for a Salesforce Systems Administrator to join a fast-paced, life-saving organization that’s making a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor and technical lead, partnering with internal stakeholders and external development teams to maintain and optimize Salesforce environments—including the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Health Cloud, Form Titan, and connected APIs. Location: Remote (U.S.-based; EST or CST preferred) Reports to: Wellness Center Operations Manager Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt What You'll Do: Manage and maintain Salesforce environments to support mission-critical operations. Implement scalable solutions using NPSP, Health Cloud, and Form Titan integrations. Collaborate across functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Lead user management, data integrity, automation, and reporting efforts. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure development aligns with roadmap priorities. Build reports and dashboards to support clinical, operations, and strategy teams. Automate processes using flows, process builders, and declarative tools. Stay ahead of product updates and tech trends to drive innovation. What We’re Looking For: Salesforce certification(s) (Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Architect level). 3+ years experience in a Salesforce Admin role. Strong knowledge of Lightning components, automation tools, custom objects, and data architecture. Experience with Health Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) . Working knowledge of Form Titan , Zapier , or Own Backup is a plus. Excellent communicator with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Agile, proactive, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience maintaining Form Titan forms integrated with Salesforce. Experience managing API integrations and external development teams. Within Your First 90 Days, You’ll Be Expected To: Understand current system configurations and provide input on improvements. Manage Salesforce system maintenance and release readiness. Lead development efforts in collaboration with internal and external partners. Proactively manage and troubleshoot Form Titan errors to ensure clinical support continuity.
