Assist with renewing the existing aviation accounts of WTW Colombia. Work with WTW Colombia and WTW London to strategise the expansion of the aviation portfolio. Develop relationships with local cedants to conduct relevant Facultative duties at the highest level. Support WTW Colombia with any day-to-day aviation insurance requirements. Qualifications The Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in Aviation placement in Colombia / Regional. Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximise resources effectively to achieve goals. Strong leadership skills to help and lead the team to achieve the commercial objectives in various Aviation sectors.
