I am Laura, a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil as a Scrum Master to lead and empower a cross-functional team of professionals, who will play a key role in achieving our organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in project delivery. Responsibilities Lead and mentor squads of diverse professionals including developers, designers, and analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Manage daily activities ensuring alignment with goals and timelines. Monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement changes. Encourage continuous learning and growth, providing coaching and support. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Coordinate with other teams to resolve dependencies and ensure project success. Oversee planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for process improvement. Promote a positive, inclusive, and creative work environment. Requirements Advanced English proficiency for conversation. Proven leadership experience in Agile or Scrum environments. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience working with diverse client stakeholders. Comfort with managing team production releases. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
