WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead and execute Atlassian migrations (Server to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud); Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, security schemes, and custom fields; Provide ongoing administration and support for Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian products; Manage user access, roles, and integrations across systems; Monitor and maintain on prem and cloud-based IT infrastructure and tools; Provide remote IT helpdesk support and systems troubleshooting for distributed teams; Implement and enforce security best practices and IT policies; Document processes and maintain system configuration records. MUST HAVES 4+ years of proven experience with Atlassian product suite, especially Jira and Confluence administration; Hands-on experience with Atlassian cloud migrations ; Strong understanding of Jira configuration, project setup, permission schemes, and automation; Experience supporting remote teams and managing remote systems; Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment; NICE TO HAVES Professional certifications related to Atlassian administration; Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation); Security-related certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP); Experience working within compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
