ROLE SUMMARY The Logistics Analyst, as a key member of the Market’s Logistics Organization and reporting to the Logistics Manager, is responsible for analyzing and supporting the execution of Logistics and Distribution operations in the market, which is managed by a Logistics Service Provider (LSP). This role focuses on end-to-end process analysis—covering Inbound, Storage, and Outbound flows for finished products within the market’s Distribution Center (LSP)—and ensures efficient delivery to Pfizer’s customers up to the point of handover. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Execution of daily operations (inbound logistics, outbound logistics, transportation), and value-added operational activities (ex. Marketing Aids, Samples, Medical Devices, Secondary packaging), as identified for the market – coordination with ELC/Supply points, 3rd party clearance agents, DC operators / LSP / 3rd party vendors / freight forwarders. Execute activities related to preparation, communication, and handover and archival of shipping and other operational documents (ex. Inbound/Shipping: invoice, packing list, COO/Legalization. etc Transportation: POD). Provide timely and accurate information on inventory levels, billing, and dispatches. Responsible for timely execution, reporting and investigation, and closure (including adjustments and archival) of market’s inventory count process. Additionally, execute inventory reconciliation full cycle for LSP managed operations. Execute destruction operations complying with Global EHS guideline and market’s formalized destruction process. Executive management activities including Incident management, Complaints, Returns and Recalls, etc. in a proactive, timely and compliant manner. Review and process logistics provider invoices for payment, ensuring purchase orders are issued and processed on time. Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives for the market – where possible, use insight to identify Continuous Improvement initiatives (CI Initiatives). Support the Logistics Manager in verifying the accuracy of invoices and purchase orders, ensuring timely booking of distribution expenses, and confirming that expenses align with the budget. Support the execution of warehousing and distribution operations by ensuring all activities comply with Pfizer’s global and local standards.
