About the Role We are hiring a Customer Operations Associate to support safety and compliance workflows tied to the textiles sector in Brazil, while being based out of Colombia. This role bridges the gap between global safety protocols and local partner execution, ensuring that compliance processes are clearly communicated, implemented, and tracked effectively within the Brazilian market. Responsibilities Act as a key liaison between global safety teams and Brazilian partners, ensuring clear communication of compliance standards. Coordinate and monitor the execution of safety processes, including documentation, training schedules, and field reporting. Track and support resolution of safety-related incidents or non-compliance issues within the Brazil market. Translate global safety and compliance procedures into actionable workflows tailored to the Brazilian regulatory environment. Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Operations, and Quality Assurance. Requirements Fluency in Portuguese and English; working proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Experience in customer operations, compliance support, or safety-related roles—preferably within manufacturing, textiles, or supply chain environments. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage remote coordination effectively. Knowledge of Brazilian regulatory and cultural landscape preferred. Comfortable working independently while remaining aligned with global standards and team expectations.
