Account Manager Job Summary The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our SaaS solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving user adoption, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: As Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving success for our customers with the RebelMouse platform and helping customers achieve their goals. You will set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and articulate their needs in collaboration with the engineering and development team. You are going to collaborate with your team daily over asynchronous channels like email and Gchat, and weekly over live video syncs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Ensure successful product adoption by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations & Service Delivery) to deliver exceptional client experiences. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions. Monitor client account health, track performance metrics, and address potential risks of churn. Provide regular updates to clients about new features, product improvements, and service offerings. Good communication skills not only for clients relations but also ability to articulate complex thoughts and instructions in written form.
