Sales Controlling Pricing Lead at BairesDev We are seeking a Sales Controlling Pricing Lead to join our Finance team, supporting audits, budgets, and internal sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to advance their careers at one of the industry's fastest-growing companies! What You Will Do: Lead the Pricing team within Sales Controlling. Define rates to be quoted to clients or prospects. Apply sound commercial practices and logic to the pricing strategy. Approve new openings aligned with sales and company objectives. Make strategic validations of new opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Staffing, Client Services, and Top Management. Review Sales Representatives' reports daily. Conduct Sales Planning for annual budgeting, planning rounds, and monthly forecasts. Heres what we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience. Leadership experience in a team setting. Experience with financial modeling and data analysis (preferred). Experience in pricing roles is preferred. Background in Sales Support or Sales Audit roles. Self-starter, quick learner, multitasker. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Ability to work autonomously and remotely. Methodical with process adherence. Advanced English proficiency.
