Scope of Position To deliver evening service, ensure cleaning, and maintain guest rooms and corridors up to Raffles standards. Ensure turn-down service is delivered on time and according to guest preferences. Maintain cleaning equipment and storage rooms to ensure an outstanding 5-star environment and seamless guest experience. Work closely with the night porter to provide necessary supplies and amenities to guest rooms, maximizing guest satisfaction through intuitive service. Act as an ambassador of Raffles values during interactions with guests and colleagues. Responsibilities Operation Provide turn-down service timely and per guest preferences. Support morning shift with cleaning when needed. Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition. Report loss/damage of linens, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to supervisor. Use appropriate cleaning chemicals on all surfaces as per standards and training. Keep service area well-stocked and clean. Report equipment and light bulb issues promptly. Handle lost property according to policy. Perform duties with care to ensure guest satisfaction. Respect guest privacy by maintaining quietness and professionalism. Maintain a clean, efficient 5-star floor section aligned with Raffles standards and LQA. Participate in daily departmental meetings. Perform additional duties as required, including working in different departments or restaurants. Health and Safety Report and rectify hazards immediately. Be familiar with departmental fire, emergency, and bomb procedures. Ensure safety of persons and property, adhering to laws and ordinances. Promote health and safety awareness within the department. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Essential Exceptional cleaning and service skills with attention to detail. Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering excellent service. Ability to work within a team. Professional appearance and grooming. Proven ability to provide high service levels under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Willingness to work a 24-hour operational schedule when needed.
