Regional Director of Training and Education We are seeking a Regional Director of Training and Education to assist with training and education needs for our employees in the Midlands East area. We are looking for a candidate with strong clinical experience who can ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees, while delivering impactful training that sets them up for long-term success. This position will work in our Columbia office daily and also train staff in the field. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hour position (M-F). Your Health is seeking a Regional Director of Training and Education (RDTE) to join our growing Primary Care team. The RDTE will manage education and new initiative rollouts for all staff within the region and foster effective communication with staff and leadership. The role requires promptly addressing key performance indicators, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare is preferred. - Preferred LPN or RN qualification. - Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably in scheduling, training, or administrative roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
