The Legal Analyst role plays a crucial part in providing legal support, guidance, and representation for the company. This individual must be versatile and able to handle complex situations, adversities, and shifting scenarios while applying legal skills to protect the company's interests and resolve legal issues efficiently. Main Responsibilities: Provide legal consulting and guidance to leadership teams and other areas of the company, even in complex and challenging situations. Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and other instruments, adapting to changes in scenarios and requirements. Represent the company in judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as negotiations with third parties, acting assertively in situations requiring flexibility. Conduct legal research and analyze current legislation, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations in adverse situations. Collaborate in resolving conflicts and litigation, seeking efficient solutions in challenging situations. Advise the human resources team on labor issues and union relations, applying knowledge in complex situations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and jurisprudence, adapting to alterations and innovations in the legal landscape. Facilitate proactive communication across local back-office areas to address their legal needs, providing comprehensive guidance and support. Contribute to implementing AI strategies, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions to promote effective AI use across all areas of the company, improving performance and operational efficiency. At level 4 of the position map, assist in managing the team by providing direction, support, and guidance for activity development and career growth.
