We are looking to incorporate a **Customer Success Representative** who works closely with customers to understand their business objectives and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Services, Finances and Procurement) to ensure that we are providing an amazing experience along Softline solution and services with its multi cloud strategy for the region of Latin America. **Key Responsibilities**: - Will help the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes increasing adoption, operational issues like marketplace, on time invoicing, to ensure retention and ongoing satisfaction. - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention of our installed base, with continuous and supportive communication with customer, but also Upselling and Cross selling with sofltine multi cloud and services. - Main KPI, reduce churn rate of Microsoft CSP: Azure Consumption. - Softline Marketplace promoter - Continuous and supportive communication with customer to avoid misunderstanding and supportive - Will be responsible to call and keep communication with all our installed base ensuring customer continuity and renewal. - You will help customers maximize the value of Softline with knowledge about our multi cloud portfolio - High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible - Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the sales and services team **Requirements**: - A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience across LATAM market with fully understanding in customer retention practices. - Meticulous in your approach whilst having the ability to prioritize workload ensuring the management of many tasks at once, with a calm and levelheaded approach - Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information - MS and Google certification are a plus - Intermediate English level **Linkedin: JulietaMarino /HR Recruiter
