About the Role As the Director of Project Management, you will lead a team of 4-5, for delivering complex, multi-disciplinary digital projects, including large-scale websites, digital marketing campaigns, content platforms, and branded experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional departments and senior stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and business goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong foundation in digital project delivery, team development, and operational strategy. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the project management team, setting goals, ensuring quality standards, and guiding team development. Oversee the successful execution of complex, integrated marketing campaigns and enterprise-level digital initiatives. Define and implement scalable project management methodologies, workflows, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency across all project teams. Partner with internal stakeholders to scope new work, develop resourcing plans, and align on strategic priorities and timelines. Review and approve project plans, scopes of work, budgets, and timelines developed by the team. Guide project managers in identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and managing change across projects. Serve as a senior point of escalation for client and internal issues, ensuring proactive communication and resolution. Drive continuous improvement through process refinement, team training, and performance analysis. Support business development efforts, including resource planning, proposal development, and pitch participation. Ensure clear communication and alignment between project managers, creative, development, strategy, and client teams. Monitor project health across the portfolio, ensuring projects stay within scope, on time, and on budget. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the team. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform team capabilities and service offerings. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management , with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing people and digital project portfolios. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams in an agency, consultancy, or digital product environment. Strong understanding of web development processes, UX/UI principles, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with experience interfacing with clients and executive leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Experience designing and implementing project workflows and operational best practices. Commitment to team development, mentorship, and fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
