You'll be responsible for handling all incoming customer inquiries and outbound calls to suppliers , ensuring smooth communication and fast resolutions. What You’ll Do Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, assisting with orders, questions, or issues. Call and follow up with suppliers , warehouses, or fulfillment centers regarding shipments, inventory, or special requests. Document call summaries, issues, and resolutions in our systems (e.g., CRM or internal tools). Serve as the primary point of contact for all voice-based communication— you’ll own the phone lines. Coordinate with our customer service and operations team to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups. What You Bring Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication skills (spoken and written). Previous call center, customer service, or virtual assistant experience is a plus. Comfortable making calls, handling objections, and resolving issues in real-time. Organized, detail-oriented , and able to document interactions effectively. A calm, helpful attitude and problem-solving mindset . Stable internet connection and access to a quiet, professional environment for calls.
