Must have for this role At least 3 years of experience as a Facilitator or Project Manager with experience in the IT industry. Proven ability to lead and manage Agile teams. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing project data for informed decision-making. Change Management: Ability to guide teams through project changes and transitions.
