The role includes conducting physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, collecting expired products, and optimizing stock distribution to ensure efficient resource utilization.The position requires extensive travel, approximately 80% of the time, for which a company car will be provided.This is a fixed-term position, offered as a one-year contract . How You'll Create Impact Conduct regular on-site visits to all customer locations in North Romania for inventory checks and implant counting. Reconcile inventory discrepancies with customers and manage invoicing for missing items. Identify opportunities for stock optimization, including retrieval of excess or obsolete items. Ensure proper handling of expired implants in compliance with company regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain an efficient and accurate supply chain. Support stock visibility improvements and occasionally deliver products from warehouse to customers. Document inventory findings and contribute to process improvement initiatives. What Makes You Stand Out Secondary or higher education, ideally with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or a related field. 2-4 years experience in inventory management, logistics,supply chain, or similar. Experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is a plus. Your Background Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems, along with strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in Romanian and a good level of English.
