Responsibilities: Answer support calls and document issues or requests in the feedback log. Participate in daily meetings with developers to stay informed about app changes. Test new releases, identify bugs, and report them to developers. Monitor and manage feedback within the applications. Reproduce reported issues and document steps to reproduce. Assist in preparing requirements for enhancements after discussions with management. Communicate effectively with developers and other IT departments to troubleshoot technical issues. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level, spoken and written). Over 2 years of experience with the .NET Core MVC Framework. Strong troubleshooting skills for bugs. QA mindset with attention to detail. Ability to reproduce issues accurately. Customer-oriented attitude and responsibility. Excellent interpersonal skills.
