We will count on you to: Collaborate with international, regional, and local teams to drive deliverables across Latin America. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and visualize business processes for improvements. Support internal projects including commercial, operational, digital, customer experience, and data initiatives, by managing meetings, actions, and risks. Assist in drafting Business Cases for governance initiatives. Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders at appropriate levels. Prepare content for stewardship meetings to showcase project performance. Manage and document activities in appropriate systems. What you need to have: College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or similar. 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. Advanced proficiency in English. Project management and business analysis skills, with a basic understanding of insurance principles. Ability to define, develop, and articulate project objectives and scope. Ability to analyze financial and non-financial data. Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and managing stakeholder expectations. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines with a positive attitude. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. What makes you stand out: Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
