Therefore, the company encourages its employees to have motivation in gaining varied skills from different positions and to collect experiences from across Allianz Group. **Overview of Medical Provider Management** Medical Provider Management (MPM) offers a best-in-class global provider network through a comprehensive and cost effective direct settlement provider footprint, to meet our customer needs in all key markets. This is achieved through management of provider relationships, driving value through cost management, contract management and service / performance management. We put the Medical Provider relationship infrastructure in place to support the business to win, maintain and grow new business, and enable Operations to service that business. **What you do** The MPM South America (SAM) Officer will support the team with the network management of medical providers in the region. This position is strategically based in Dublin, Ireland to optimize engagement with central teams aligning local practices with HQ requirements. It is a great opportunity to walk the talk of a “Global company with local knowledge”. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: - Support the South America team with relationship maintenance / expansion across 20 countries and more than 1800 medical providers - Interface with central teams such as claims, Medical Services, CRM, helpline and legal. - Support SAM team in systems updates and maintenance, such as GNP, Gulliver, Sharepoint, etc. - Collaboration with local Business unit to deliver network requirements locally - Support the network Manager in Consolidation, Integration, Maintenance & Development of Medical Provider Network in the Region - Support the network Manager in Cost Containment & Financial Savings impact - Support the Medical Provider Managers to deliver best cost-based provider agreements in the region, notably by liaising with the analytics team, driving the regional needs such as the following data analysis initiatives:provider price list analysis provider discount tool analysis quarterly provider reporting - Performance monitoring and assessments of Medical Providers in terms of delivery, quality and efficiency - Support on implementation of regional and local Medical Provider Network capacity - Ensures close, professional and efficient relations with existing Medical Provider networks. - Negotiates Direct Provider tariffs to maintain a comprehensive network at an optimized cost as per line manager - Maintains and updates the existing Medical Provider contract agreement records in alignment with Company legal and compliance policy. **What you bring** - Fluency in English, and Spanish - Knowledge of medical providers networks in Colombia - Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural team - Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree; - 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a network administration environment (preferably gained in hospitals, insurance companies, TPAs). - Legally permitted to work in the country of operations. - Physically fit to carry out duties. - Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills. - Self-Starter, Self-motivated with attention to detail and results / impact driven. **What we offer** As an equal opportunity employer, Allianz Partners recognizes that our strength lies in our people and we are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
