Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation GBS designs, builds, and operates consistent adidas end-to-end business services & solutions globally to drive transformation towards ONE ADIDAS, enabling our Business Partners to focus on core business. It prioritizes executing transitions, process and solution roadmaps, implementing a unified service framework, performance measurements, and GBS customer engagement. GBS is also driving robotics process automation (RPA) implementation. The goal is to move adidas to a more standardized, automated operating model with solid governance, architecture, and processes. The Order to Cash global process stream (credit, collections, disputes management & cash applications) is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end services as Global Process Owner (GPO). The GPO team collaborates across stakeholders to define current and future business processes, identify issues, suggest mitigations, and drive technological solutions. Scope of I2C Credit and collection management Dispute management Cash application Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities Analyze, develop, and adjust end-to-end processes/services in consultation with markets and operations. Manage transformation initiatives, including GAP analysis related to GBS operation centers/markets, focusing on Order to Cash processes. Implement process standardization, harmonization, and automation. Lead process improvement initiatives on demand. Identify improvement opportunities, analyze variances, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Support standardized reporting, KPIs, and adhoc analysis to ensure quality, compliance, and productivity. Participate in medium-sized projects within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide expertise in Order to Cash processes, including latest taxonomy, process, and technology updates. Support policy and standard setting for process improvements. Gather stakeholder requirements, analyze data, resolve problems, and recommend solutions. Ensure data quality and drive data management improvements. Assist business stakeholders in process analysis and implementation of improvements.
