Your Responsibilities Include: - Oversee operationsefficiency and standardization. - Directly responsible forcomplying with the production plan and the quality of the product,as well as for line personnel. - Analyze and evaluate processimprovements in order to reduce defects and scrap and/or improvingyields. - Follow procedures established for each operation, andkeep work areas organized and clean at all times. - Participateand/or lead problem-solving processes, whether due to increasingtrends on complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity, amongothers. - Provide feedback to PB IV. - Support employee-safetyoriented initiatives: rotation programs of line personnel, and theuse of safety equipment in the production area, and safetyawareness programs. - Monitor and update the department’s metrics:Yield, Efficiency, Plan Compliance, and Quality. - Lead OperationalExcellence efforts in your shift. - Lead the efforts to improve thelearning curve, lines ramp up with Safety, Quality, Service, andCost metrics achieved. What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degreein industrial engineering or advanced studies in a related career. - English Level: B2:70-79%. - Desired knowledge: Problem SolvingMethodologies, Lean Tools: 5S, CQE y/o APICs Certificationdesirable. - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
