We’re growing — and we’re looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and self-driven Growth Marketer to design and execute strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. Responsibilities User acquisition : Grow our user base across digital channels including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Plan and execute growth initiatives to increase sign-ups and platform adoption. Community engagement : Manage our digital community spaces, keep conversations authentic, and build relationships with users, ambassadors, and influencers. Monetization strategy : Identify and test strategies to increase usage of paid products and services. Work cross-functionally to align marketing with product and revenue goals. Analyze performance data for continuous improvement. Content creation & distribution : Create and distribute engaging content tailored for different platforms, personas, and user journey stages. Collaborate with design and product teams for message consistency. A/B Testing & Iteration : Run tests on messaging, content, and strategies. Analyze data to inform decisions and iterate based on insights. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in community management and/or product marketing. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple functions. Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with Figma, Snov, Clarity, and AWS services. Nice-to-have Knowledge of Portuguese. Experience with influencer management or B2B marketing. Familiarity with performance marketing or growth experimentation.
