In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and two Talent Acquisition Specialists. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake and sourcing to offer negotiation. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to define position requirements, create job descriptions, and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, niche job boards, phone screening calls, and any creative channel you can think of — there are no limits on creativity here! Engage and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit, making every conversation count. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS and other tools. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the Talent Acquisition Lead. Utilize workflow management tools such as ClickUp and Google Workspace to organize tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally with start-ups or mid-size agencies. Experience recruiting IT and technical roles . Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for interaction with US-based candidates. Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter , Boolean search techniques, and creative outreach techniques. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , and workflow tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace). Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Nice to have: Experience recruiting US-based talent . Familiarity with Teamtailor ATS .
