About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative to be our first dedicated sales hire in Colombia. This role is for a self-driven, entrepreneurial professional who can build a sales pipeline from the ground up, working directly with our CEO and marketing team. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end - from prospecting and building relationships, to crafting proposals and closing deals - for clients in the US, Canada, Colombia and beyond. What You’ll Do - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for our digital services and consulting offerings. - Build and manage your own sales pipeline, from lead generation to signed contracts. - Work with the Colombia General Manager to create tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs. - Collaborate with our CEO, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success. - Track, measure, and report on sales performance against targets. What We’re Looking For - 5+ years’ proven B2B sales experience in technology, digital services, or consulting (software sales knowledge/experience is a plus). - Strong understanding of digital transformation, software, or web development services. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to explain complex solutions in business-friendly terms. - Bilingual: Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken). - Highly self-motivated and proactive, you’ll be building the sales function from scratch. - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).
