N-iX is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Writer to join our value team. Within this role, the person will be responsible for developing comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. This role is a key contributor to the client’s ongoing growth. Our client is a forward-thinking, growth-oriented healthcare services and technology company that provides state-of-the-art pharmacy solutions. Responsibilities: Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation Work with Development and Product leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation Suggest changes to senior management using data to support your recommendations Maintain teams’ confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Perform periodic reviews and analyses of current documentation to make sure nothing is outdated Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of document development lifecycle (DDLC). Experience in writing technical content for APIs, SaaS products, or developer tools. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics. Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Advanced skills in documentation tools and technologies. English – Upper-Intermediate or Advanced. Excellent command of English with strong grammar, spelling, and writing clarity. Nice To Have: Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. Experience using API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Experience in adjusting and creating document styles using CSS.
