Engage in productive discussions with a variety of audiences at both high and low levels of the system. 2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. 3. Collaborate with solution architects to develop and maintain solution documentation, including API specifications, domain models, solution models, sequence diagrams, and event models. 4. Work with product designers to create a superior user experience in applications. 5. Lead hand-off meetings to disseminate solution specifications to the development team and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle. 6. Perform acceptance testing of features and help diagnose issues with data, applications, and services. 7. Analyze current store configurations and data to collaborate on migration approaches and tools. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related engineering fields. - Minimum of three years of applicable IT experience on large application initiatives. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging with both business stakeholders and technical peers. - Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. - Experience working with JSON files. - Basic knowledge of database concepts. - Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
