About the role The HR Senior Associate will act as a strategic partner, collaborating with business leaders to shape HR strategies, manage talent initiatives, and enhance employee engagement, impacting the full employee lifecycle and driving business success. Responsibilities Support HR processes for Analysts, Associates, and senior associates. Organize activities to improve the work environment, including company events, health and safety, CSR, and employee proposals. Assist in organizing recognition activities and meetings. Coordinate visa processes, documentation, and expat accommodations in partnership with facilities and mobility teams. Prepare and conduct offer meetings for expat programs. Manage communication with incoming expatriates regarding their relocation to Colombia. Audit legal documentation for expats and prepare inclusion in health and life policies. Update employee data in Hibob and request updates in JIRA for Maven. Handle expats' administrative processes such as banking, taxes, etc. Review and improve onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage contracts, onboarding, and termination procedures, including documentation and communication with payroll. Review and support employee development strategies, including PIPs and IDPs. Conduct interest and vocational interviews, support career planning, and present development reports. Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and promote company values and culture. Ensure compliance with Colombian employment law and internal policies, providing labor law advice. Assist with HR inquiries, research, reporting, and participate in HR projects.
