With over 28 million sessions delivered and proven user outcomes, we’re ready to scale our ad creative output with a data-driven approach. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can build and manage our creative team before transitioning to a full-time role leading our ad creative strategy. Your 60-Day MissionBuild & Manage a Creative Pod: Assemble a lean, async creative team using vetted freelancers (video editors, copywriters, designers) Develop a weekly sprint structure that turns briefs into ready-to-test ad creative Create systems and workflows that deliver consistent, high-quality outputs QA all creative for performance potential and brand alignment Identify high-converting moments from long-form content and expert clips Craft compelling hooks based on audience psychology and our unique wellness positioning Optimize UGC and expert-led content for ad formats across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest Leverage AI tools (Descript, Runway, etc.) to rapidly create multiple variations of ad creatives Drive Performance Results: Work with our Media Buyer to analyze creative performance metrics Develop a structured testing framework for hooks, storytelling techniques, and creative variations Iterate quickly based on real-time data to continuously improve conversion rates After 60 Days Following your successful build-out of the creative pod, you’ll transition to a full-time role leading our ad creative strategy with enhanced responsibilities: Take full ownership of creative direction across all performance channels Scale systems you’ve built to increase output while maintaining quality Lead strategic creative innovation for new offer launches and campaigns What We’re Looking For 2+ years creating performance-driven video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) Proven ability to build and manage creative teams or freelancer networks Experience with creative sprint systems and efficient production workflows Strong understanding of hook testing, creative iteration, and viral storytelling techniques Data-driven mindset—able to analyze creative performance and adapt quickly Experience with AI-powered editing tools and video software Excellent grasp of platform-specific creative best practices Bonus Skills: Experience in wellness, health, or personal growth brands Background in direct-response marketing & ad psychology Knowledge of emotional messaging and storytelling frameworks Experience working with holistic or transformational products Ability to create static ad creatives in Canva, Figma, or Photoshop Why Join Us?
