About the Role We are looking for an individual who can maintain and update customer records and relevant data across internal systems and CRM platforms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for importing, exporting, and migrating large volumes of structured data between spreadsheets, databases, and CRM environments. Requirements - Demonstrated experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations coordination (1+ year). - Successful completion of a four-year college degree. - Advanced English required. - Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, functions, pivot tables). - Ability to manage bulk data transfers and migration tasks across multiple platforms or systems. - Familiarity with data cleansing and formatting best practices to maintain quality and integrity. - Strong attention to detail, with a track record of delivering highly accurate and dependable work. - Experience with basic data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel dashboards). - Working knowledge of automation workflows, business rules, or CRM triggers. - Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment. - Hands-on familiarity with Google Workspace and collaborative cloud tools. - Prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
