Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Support Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support through email and social media channels. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and concerns through Gorgias - Create and manage content for WordPress blogs - Utilize Asana for task management and project coordination - Handle email communications and responses efficiently - Assist with social media management and engagement - Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Perform general administrative tasks as needed Requirements: - Proven experience with WordPress, Asana, and Mailchimp - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in customer service preferred - Professional and friendly demeanor - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
