Artist Relations Manager, Amazon Music Job Summary: Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. From personalized music playlists to exclusive podcasts, concert livestreams to artist merch, Amazon Music innovates at the intersection of music and culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop strategic partnerships with leading Colombian artists and industry stakeholders to drive fan engagement and revenue generating opportunities. 2. Create innovative commercial initiatives leveraging Amazon's assets and the Colombian music landscape. 3. Pitch and present partnership proposals to senior Amazon stakeholders, securing buy-in and resource allocation. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of partnership initiatives. 5. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives. 6. Serve as a subject matter expert on the Colombian music industry, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements 1. Proven experience in the Colombian music and entertainment industries, with a deep understanding of key artists, genres, trends, and commercial opportunities. 2. Success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial deals in the music/entertainment industry. 3. Experience developing and executing innovative initiatives that leverage artist/talent relationships. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong project management skills, including experience setting goals, managing timelines, and driving cross-functional collaboration. 2.
