We are looking for a Global Customer Success Sr. Analyst for our Cargo team, who is highly passionate about tech, with a very analytical mind. In this role, you will support sales teams in designing growth and operational quality strategies to maximize value offered to partners across 9 countries. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Apply growth strategies to increase order potential of small and medium-sized allies. Manage the collections cycle, including settlement, invoicing, and collection processes. Ensure targets for quality metrics are achieved. Identify areas for process improvement and propose creative solutions. Implement growth campaigns with partners and act as a consultant to help grow their businesses. Receive and communicate feedback and market needs into technical features to strengthen our product. Design analytics sharing methods and standardize dashboards for external presentations (not building dashboards, but designing them). Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in analytical roles in tech or logistics. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or business. Ability to manage relations with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in a second language, either English or Portuguese. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop action plans. Ability to communicate data insights effectively. Entrepreneurial, proactive attitude. Intermediate or Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
