Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and identify opportunities for improvement within their cloud and operations automation landscape Design and implement solutions that leverage industry best practices and standards (TM Forum, ETSI, 3GPP) Develop technical documentation, including requirement specifications, architecture diagrams, high-level designs (HLDs), and low-level designs (LLDs) Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, sales) to ensure successful project delivery Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the telecom automation domain, including operations automation Provide ongoing support to clients after solution implementation Support presales in the sales journey of an opportunity Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 12-15+ years of experience in telecom Cloud automation space or a related role within the telecommunications industry In-depth knowledge of cloud lifecycle management (CI CD, GIT, Repo etc) Deep knowledge of Operations automation use cases and subsequent functionalities and processes (inventory management, service provisioning, trouble ticketing, etc.) Highly skilled in latest AI advances in telecom space especially in Cloud LCM and Operations automation space Strong knowhow of open source tools used in Cloud lifecycle management and operations automation landscape Strong understanding of telecommunications network architecture and technologies Domain knowledge in Telecom Core networks and OSS, BSS ecosystem Experience with industry standards and frameworks (TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent English is mandatory What we offer Nokia offers continuous learning opportunities, well-being programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and get supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive and are empowered.
