Requirements At least 1 year of experience in legal settings or as a case manager in law firms (experience in California workers compensation is a plus). Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) with near-native proficiency. Reliable high-speed internet and dependable computer for remote work. Availability to work during California hours and holidays (U.S. holidays are paid time off; Colombian holidays are working days). Job Responsibilities Maintain open communication lines with clients via email, messages, or calls. Oversee ACM tasks to gather necessary case information. Assist with scheduling and ensure the accuracy of lawyers’ agendas for depositions or court appearances. Manage multiple cases and close completed ones. Schedule calls between clients and lawyers. This role involves a fast-paced environment with significant phone and email communication. Responsibilities may evolve based on the firm’s needs. Benefits Monday to Friday schedule. 100% remote position. Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time. Indefinite-term contract. Paid time off during the first year. Full-time employment with a salary of 4,200,000 COP per month.
