Key responsibilities : Owns all Airfreight Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview including: All file management activities post booking. Documentation. System updates. Operational finance. Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions. Support of customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling. We are looking for : Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial engineering, international trade or logistics. 5 years of experience in air freight and customer service, with over 2 years in team leadership roles focused on performance improvement. Advanced english level. Experience with perishable management is a plus. Understanding of IATA regulations, airway bills, cargo handling procedures, ULDs, and customs documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills Able to adjust to rapidly changing airline schedules, weather disruptions, or client needs. Process Driven. Customer and People Oriented Ability to thrive in a team environment Proficient in MS Office tools. Cargowise is a plus.
