In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and ensure best practices in software development. Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of .NET engineers, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to design scalable and maintainable solutions. - Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using .NET and related technologies. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning. - Ensure the application of best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding standards. - Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET). - Experience leading development teams and working in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure). - Proficiency with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git). - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with frontend technologies like Angular or React is a plus. - Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience working in fintech or similar fast-paced industries.
