About the role: This position is responsible for welcoming and registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about hotel facilities and services. It also involves answering phone calls, coordinating special requests, resolving guest issues, and handling check-out procedures to ensure accurate and efficient transactions. The role requires offering exceptional and personalized service to ensure guests have a pleasant and seamless experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities: Efficiently and courteously check-in guests, using their name whenever possible, ensuring they are assigned the requested room type and charged the correct rate. Handle check-out processes at the end of the stay, verify guest satisfaction, collect keys, account for additional charges, and present the invoice. Ensure accurate settlement of the bill using various payment methods. Assign rooms to reservations 48 hours in advance. Manage daily billing procedures. Attend to all guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, fulfilling special requests when possible, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key staff, internal events, directions, etc. Respond to all guest requests accurately and promptly, through in-person interactions and phone communication. Ensure the safety and privacy of guests, as well as the confidentiality of information handled at the reception. Requirements: Professionals, technicians, technologists, or students in fields such as tourism and hotel management, service administration, business administration, foreign languages, or related areas.
