The department is hiring for one role. The Department of Surgery is seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing Urological Surgery division. The role involves working collaboratively with physicians in Urology to treat kidney stone patients in a high-volume clinic setting. Assess patient symptoms by taking detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering appropriate tests. Diagnose stone types, recommend treatment options based on stone size and location, monitor patient progress, and educate on lifestyle modifications to prevent future stones. Perform clinic procedures such as stent removals and surgical evaluations. Participate in educational activities, including conferences and seminars. Engage in research studies and clinical trials as determined by ongoing studies and trials. Maintain high integrity, flexibility, collaboration, self-motivation, attention to detail, efficiency, and patient-centered care. Shift Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with office/admin hours. No flexibility for alternative schedules. Minimum Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing, Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. Compact state RNs must apply under their new state of residency within thirty days and obtain a "Document of Recognition" from the Missouri Board of Nursing. Anticipated Hiring Range Range: $90,251 - $147,285; Grade: PAT-012; Title: NURSE PRACTITIONER - SPECIALTY CARE. Internal applicants can verify their university title via myHR.
