**Job Title:** Application Specialist We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal assistance and immigration law, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in people's lives by helping them navigate the complex process of immigration applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently filling out forms from USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) for various immigration cases, including VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Medical DA, and Asylum. Key Responsibilities: - Review and confirm the accuracy of client-provided documentation and information for immigration applications. - Filling out USCIS forms accurately and completely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. - Conducting a detailed review and analysis of data and documents to support the preparation of immigration applications. - Contacting clients to gather additional information and address any issues or concerns related to the application process. - Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Requirements: - Background in legal assistance or immigration law. - Knowledge of USCIS forms and their proper completion for various immigration cases. - Experience working with government forms or similar documentation processes. - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and confirm the accuracy of client-provided documentation. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently while being a collaborative team player. Benefits: - This is a 100% remote position. - Flexible schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 2:00pm to 11:00pm EST, and Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm EST. - $7.25 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
