The Conversion Specialist – Acquisition Marketing plays a pivotal role in optimizing how our brand attracts, engages, and converts top-of-funnel prospects into first-time customers. This role is laser-focused on accelerating conversion rates from marketing campaigns, landing pages, media channels, and acquisition funnels. A blend of performance marketing expertise, data analysis, and a sharp understanding of prospect behavior is essential. You will work closely with paid media, SEO, partnerships, and web teams to drive measurable results in customer acquisition. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze performance data to identify friction points in Top of Funnel and implement CRO strategies to increase acquisition rates • Develop, test, and optimize landing pages, lead generation forms, CTAs, and ad-to-page flows across paid and organic channels • Drive A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates at the earliest stages of the funnel • Use heuristic, behavioral, and user journey analysis to inform funnel improvements tailored to cold or warm audiences • Own KPIs related to lead-to-customer conversion, cost per acquisition (CPA), and landing page performance • Partner with media buyers, SEO specialists, and designers to craft high-converting campaigns • Personalize acquisition journeys through better segmentation, messaging, and targeting strategies • Translate insights into clear briefs for copy, design, and dev teams, ensuring consistency from ad click to conversion • Forecast impact of optimization initiatives and report performance weekly to marketing leadership • Document test results and develop playbooks to scale successful acquisition patterns REQUIREMENTS: • 100% Bilingual • 5+ years in digital performance marketing, with a focus on top-of-funnel and acquisition conversion optimization • Proven track record in increasing conversion rates from landing pages and marketing campaigns • Strong grasp of UX principles, persuasive design, and behavioral psychology applied to acquisition • Proficient with CRO tools (e.g. Unbounce, VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize) and marketing analytics platforms • Experience running and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments at scale • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-orientedEl equipo reclutador buscará estos conocimientos y habilidades en las postulaciones.
