As a **Back Office Analyst**, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and billing processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Manage financial transactions for outgoing and incoming payments. - Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and handle collections. - Reconcile accounts with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain vendor and customer accounts, addressing inquiries and disputes. - Prepare financial reports and track AR/AP metrics. - Ensure compliance with policies, tax regulations, and support audits. - Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows. - Use accounting systems or ERP software to manage AP/AR tasks. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Detail Oriented. - Open to feedback. - Sense of Urgency. - Recursive. - Decisive. **Minimum requirements**: - **Education**: High School Degree is **required**. Other studies are also considered. - **Experience**:At least** 1 year of experience** with **administrative tasks, data entry, AR/AP, or billing in general**. Experience handling **McLeod is required.**: - **Language**: Good English skills.
