In this role, you will be responsible for **managing** the relationships with a **strong digital community**. As part of your success package, you are a genuine **team player** and a master in building long-term partnerships. Your work at RWS will be to identify, screen and onboard translators and other freelancers around the world and maintain an engaged relationship with them. **Responsibilities**: As a Vendor Relations Manager in the Machine Learning team, you will cover the following responsibilities - Act as a business partner to our internal teams who are responsible for the delivery of non-linguistic and data training services to our clients. - Identify, attract and onboard suitable resources. - Negotiate competitive prices with resources to establish a fruitful collaboration. - Maintain good relationships with the community, while negotiating competitive prices for different types of projects/tasks. **Requirements**: - Team coordination experience. - Previous experience in an international environment. - Experience in IT, service purchasing or recruiting. - Experience in localization industry is highly welcome. - Excellent command of spoken and written English - Intermediate level user of MS Office. - Proactivity and involvement. - Communication and collaboration. - Individual responsibility. - Focus on solution and effectiveness. - Fast learner and be able to do approach. - Team player but capable to work independently. - Creative. **Benefits**: - Infinite training, professional development and personal growth opportunities. - The rare opportunity to impact how organizations communicate _globally_.
