They must be knowledgeable about the company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information. Resolving customer complaints: When customers have complaints or concerns, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for addressing them and finding a resolution that satisfies the customer. They must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Processing orders and returns: Customer Service Representatives may be responsible for processing customer orders and returns, including verifying customer information, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintaining customer records: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and any other relevant information. Providing exceptional customer service: Customer Service Representatives must provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
