Role Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will spearhead CGB's marketing strategy to enhance the school's global reputation and drive student enrollment. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a creative marketer who can elevate CGB's story across digital platforms, print media, and in-person events. This person must lead innovative campaigns targeting everyone from local families to embassies and multinational companies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Plan – Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan, tailoring campaigns for each segment. Digital Marketing & Content – Oversee all digital channels, including the school website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. ), email newsletters, and online advertising. Social Media Community – Manage CGB's social media presence by posting updates and responding to followers. Grow our online community and engagement metrics. SEO & Web Analytics – Improve CGB's website ranking and traffic through SEO best practices. Use analytics tools to track website visits, inquiry form conversions, and campaign effectiveness. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations to school leadership. Admissions Collaboration – Partner with the Admissions Office to support student recruitment. This includes creating targeted marketing materials for prospective families, promoting Open Houses/tours, and implementing lead nurturing campaigns. External Partnerships strategies – Proactively develop strategies towards embassies, companies, preschools and relocation firms to ensure CGB is a recommended choice for relocating families. This might involve visiting embassies for briefings, presenting CGB to corporate HR teams, and hosting networking events. Media and Public Relations – Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries and craft press releases or media pitches to garner positive coverage of CGB. Identify storytelling opportunities (student achievements, new programs, community service projects) and share them with local and international media outlets. Monitor press mentions and manage CGB's public image. Brand Management – Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all touchpoints. Content & Collateral Production – Oversee production of school brochures, flyers, videos, and other marketing collateral. Liaise with graphic designers, photographers, or videographers (internal or external) to produce professional marketing assets. Community marketing strategies – Work with school leadership and communication team on internal communications strategies as needed. Budget – Manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritising high-impact initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (digital marketing, SEO, analytics) a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, with demonstrable success in digital marketing and social media management. Prior experience in the education sector is desirable. Skills: Proven ability to create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with different audiences. Strong content creation skills – from writing engaging copy to guiding visual/video production. Design software or video editing proficiency is an advantage. Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media insights to drive data-informed decisions. Event planning and promotional skills (for organising open houses, briefings, etc.). Comfortable speaking/presenting publicly to represent CGB at events or meetings. Personal Attributes: Creative, strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves. Self-motivated and highly organized, with an eye for detail (able to spot a typo or an off-brand color!).
