Job Description: As a seasoned Training Professional, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing training materials, developing programs to enhance performance and quality, and conducting employee trainings. You will collaborate with Shift Managers to identify specific training requirements and ensure that training addresses individual and team needs effectively. Main Responsibilities: 1. Create comprehensive training materials and program structures for Game Presenters and Shufflers, ensuring thorough knowledge of games and procedures. 2. Develop performance improvement plans and set relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive quality and effectiveness in training. 3. Train staff on specific table game procedures and controls, and create an environment that supports high performance and professional development. 4. Inspire and encourage trainees, providing constructive feedback to both trainees and Management to support continuous improvement. 5. Design and maintain training programs for new hires and current team members, coordinating with Shift Managers to address individual training needs. 6. Collaborate with Shift Managers to identify specific training requirements and ensure that training addresses individual and team needs effectively.
