At Growmodo, we help fast-growing companies by connecting them with global talent while supporting the careers of creative and tech professionals. We're driven by fostering growth, building strong relationships, taking ownership and a passion for delivering a "WOW" experience daily. The Role Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 7AM-4PM Central European Summer Time 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time We’re looking for an Operations & Data Analyst who thrives on clean data, clear metrics, and optimized systems. You’ll own our internal data infrastructure—tracking KPIs and OKRs across every department, auditing what we measure (and why), and building dashboards that inform smart, timely decisions. You’re the force behind our operations engine: driving performance clarity, automating reporting processes, and ensuring our leadership always has a pulse on what matters. If you’re obsessed with turning chaos into clarity and making data useful, this is the role for you. About You You’re not a passive number cruncher—you’re a strategic operator who speaks data fluently. You: Build dashboards that do more than just look good—they drive action Live inside Looker Studio, Databox, Airtable, and SQL—and you optimize what you build See KPIs as the starting point, not the end goal Get excited by workflow automation, data cleaning, and dashboard UX Spot misaligned metrics a mile away and make recommendations that stick Present complex trends in ways that non-technical teams actually understand Don’t wait for direction—you proactively improve how we measure and move What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities) Build and maintain company-wide performance dashboards to track team and company OKRs/KPIs Manage and optimize Airtable bases with structure, automation, and data integrity Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to executive leadership and the Operations Manager, with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations Audit existing KPI & OKR frameworks to ensure alignment and relevance Extract, analyze, and manipulate data using SQL for ad‑hoc and scheduled reports Set up alerts, performance health checks, and scorecards to surface risk or opportunity proactively Automate workflows across tools (e.g., Airtable → Slack, Zapier, Make) Support teams during OKR planning cycles and quarterly performance reviews Champion live visibility: ensure every department has access to their performance metrics and understands how to act on them You Must Have: 3+ years in operations, data analytics, or business intelligence (preferably in a remote, creative, or agency environment) Strong proficiency in dashboard creation tools(e.g. Looker Studio) and/or Business Analytics tools (e.g. Tableau), working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing relational data Airtable (including relational structuring and automation) advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets , including formulas, pivot tables, and macros Proven track record of building dashboards and executive reports tied to OKR/KPI frameworks Comfortable delivering insights and action items based on reports to non-technical leadership Analytical mindset—you find patterns, risks, and opportunities in raw data Excellent written and verbal communication, working async in tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace This Role Is NOT For You If: You’ve never set up or managed KPI and OKR reporting frameworks You build dashboards once and let them stagnate You struggle to explain data findings to non‑technical colleagues You’ve only used Airtable casually—without building complex bases or automations You need constant guidance to determine what needs reporting or optimization Bonus Points If You: Have experience supporting service-based teams (Creative, Dev, Customer Success) Thrive in fast-paced, fully remote environments Have helped build or refine health scoring or performance tracking models Have experience with scripting, data normalization, or integrating multiple reporting platforms Proficiency with Postgres and BigQuery Why Work With Us Growmodo is a fast-scaling global design and dev subscription studio that helps brands grow smarter. Here, data isn’t just a backdrop—it’s what powers every strategic decision. We Offer: Fully remote setup with async-first culture High-performance environment with no micromanagement Real ownership and visibility across leadership and strategy A chance to shape the way we operate, improve, and scale Hear From Our Team "I love working at Growmodo because of its strong growth culture, supportive leadership, and global collaboration.
