Your Health is currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing urgent care family. An Occupational Therapist must obtain complete health and psychosocial history and records findings in a systematic format. Perform complete physical assessment. Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources. Provide health education and counseling, as well as market and provide community education. Providers perform visits remotely via telehealth with assistance using their aligned COTA in the field and traveling to homes when needed. You must be a compassionate and empathetic clinical professional with the ability to provide the highest standards of care to our patients. It is also important to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive and motivating manner. Qualifications Successful completion of an Occupational Therapy training program and certified thought the therapy state board A current license to practice in the state of SC. Current CPR Certificate. Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.
