About the Role This position is for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at WPP Media in Cali, Colombia. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of campaign governance and QA. - Lead work to ensure accurate and timely data collection to support reporting. - Manage any required data classification or manipulation. - Work with senior level Insights and Analytics staff to develop project timelines and deliverable schedules. - Deliver projects independently, but proactively communicates project progress, issues and deliverables to manager and director. - Ensure all client materials meet or exceed expectations (from content to quality) and are delivered on time. - Research industry trends and facts sharing expertise to team. Requirements & Qualifications - Working knowledge of MMM. - Experience with Time Series Data. - +2 years' experience with data manipulation using Advanced Excel. - Working knowledge of scripting in Python. - Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills. - Attention to detail. - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and project management skills. - Ability to multitask, collaborate with teams, and perform under pressure. - Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, building graphs and charts) and PowerPoint. - Experience with Google Campaign Manager, SA360, and social platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn). - Data visualization experience (e.g., Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.). - SQL and Project management tool experience is a plus (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello). - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 1+ years of relevant work experience.
