About The Role As Engagement Manager, you will make an impact by assessing client needs, identifying requirements, and developing projects to improve business operations. You will be a valued member of the SNBG team and work collaboratively with team leads, sales associates, and the client. In This Role, You Will - Manage global projects across AMS, EMEA, and APAC regions. - Ensure effective execution across regions, handling diverse clients, resources, and regulations. - Build strong customer relationships and lead meetings. - Establish trust and clear communication to align expectations and drive project success. - Manage scope, schedule, and budget to keep projects on track and ensure operational efficiency. - Handle client escalations and risk management proactively. - Transform deliverables into actionable plans for maximum impact and goal achievement. What You Need To Have To Be Considered - Proven experience in Project Management, ensuring structured execution and delivery. - Proven experience in Service Management, critical for maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. - Proven experience in General Consulting, with a strong ability to advise clients and drive solutions. - Proven experience in ServiceNow projects, key for managing implementations within this platform. These Will Help You Stand Out - Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration and stakeholder communication. - ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification (Desired) for credibility in platform management. - Scrum Master Certification (Desired) for agile project oversight.
